We’ve done more than a few large master planned communities, but at 1,400 hectares, 20,000 homes, 10 million square feet of commercial space, 217-acres of industrial space, and a completion date of 2048, Panama Pacifico wasn’t any master plan – it’s the big daddy.
Working with London & Regional, and backed by the World Bank and the Government of Panama, our task was to set the course for this massive community, brand and launch Panama Pacifico internationally, then transition it to local companies that would take it to completion.
